About the Role We are looking for a tech-savvy Marketing Executive who can leverage marketing tools and automation platforms to create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with CRM systems, email automation tools, audience segmentation, and campaign analytics to drive engagement and lead generation. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns. Build automated email journeys, drip campaigns, and nurture sequences. Manage and maintain CRM databases and audience segmentation. Create personalized email communications to improve engagement and conversions. Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and generate reports. Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and workflows. Ensure email deliverability and compliance with industry best practices. Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align marketing efforts. Required Skills Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Brevo, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar. Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation workflows. Strong understanding of email metrics (Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, Deliverability). Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B SaaS, Recruitment, EdTech, or Technology-driven businesses. Knowledge of lead generation and customer lifecycle marketing.
