About the Role Responsible for preparing structured commercial quotations for turnkey industrial plant projects. Translates plant configurations into section-wise quotations covering mechanical equipment, motors, electrical components, capacity-based machine combinations, and optional client scopes. Quotations may run to thousands of line items, demanding numerical discipline, Excel expertise, and structured thinking. Sits between engineering understanding and commercial structuring, converting plant configurations into accurate, organized, commercially consistent quotations. Works closely with sales, technical design, and project teams to produce client-ready offers for complete plants. Key Responsibilities Prepare quotations for Pre-Cleaning, Cleaning, Milling, and Packing sections, each reflecting the correct equipment combinations for the required capacity. Convert plant configurations into structured offers covering equipment lists, motors, electrical components, accessories, and optional items. Build quotations of hundreds to thousands of line items with structural clarity, correct sequencing, proper grouping, and cost accuracy. Match machine combinations to plant capacity across TPH ranges, with correct equipment combinations and motor associations. Build and maintain quotation structures in Excel: formula-driven costing logic, structured tables, organized data, version control. Work with the technical team on equipment configurations, motor requirements, section capacity changes, and optional equipment selections. Update quotations for client scope changes, revised capacities, equipment modifications, and pricing updates. Maintain cost accuracy, equipment completeness, correct quantity calculations, and structured commercial presentation. Produce clean, submission-ready documents: commercial offer sheets, section-wise equipment lists, optional scope tables. Support migration of quotation logic into future AI-based or in-house automated quotation systems.
