About the Role This is a hands-on Tableau role for someone who can turn raw data into clean, reliable, business-ready dashboards that support banking stakeholders in making faster decisions. The role will sit at the center of a client-site engagement for a top PSU bank in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for business and operational reporting. Translate client requirements into clear visual stories and usable analytics views. Work closely with stakeholders at the client site to understand reporting needs and improve dashboard adoption. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and presentation quality across dashboards. Support ongoing enhancements, fixes, and ad hoc reporting requests in a fast-moving banking environment. Requirements 1+ year of Tableau experience. Comfortable working from a client site in Mumbai. Clear communication with both technical and business stakeholders. Understanding of reporting, dashboard design, and the importance of clean execution. Preferred Qualifications Experience in banking, BFSI, or enterprise reporting. About the Role We’re looking for a Client Partner who can open large accounts, drive consultative sales conversations, and stay accountable long after the deal is signed. This role combines cold outreach with enterprise account ownership, sector-focused selling, and post-sales relationship management. Key Responsibilities Identify, map, and engage large enterprise accounts that can benefit from Fire AI Drive proactive outreach through calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and relationship-led networking Build pipeline across strategic accounts and maintain momentum through long sales cycles Create account-specific entry strategies for complex organizations and multiple stakeholders Develop strong understanding of one or more sectors such as D2C, B2B, Manufacturing, Pharma, Financial Services, or Logistics Tailor outreach, conversations, and account strategy based on industry pain points and business context Position Fire AI in a way that feels commercially relevant to each sector, not generic Own the full sales journey from prospecting and qualification to demos, commercial discussions, negotiation, and closure Conduct high-quality consultative conversations with business and functional leaders Coordinate with internal solution and delivery teams to shape proposals and move deals forward Maintain clear CRM discipline, pipeline visibility, and forecast accuracy Stay involved after closure to ensure a strong onboarding experience and continuity in client expectations Build senior stakeholder relationships across the client organization Partner with delivery teams to ensure promised outcomes are understood and executed smoothly Drive retention, expansion, and new use case discovery within existing accounts Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across departments, workflows, and business units Act as the commercial face of Fire AI for assigned accounts Bring customer insights back into sales strategy, product feedback, and GTM refinement Build long-term relationships that increase account value over time Requirements 6-10 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, account management, or client partnership roles Confidence in cold outreach and opening doors into larger accounts Ability to handle long-cycle enterprise sales with discipline and persistence Comfort being sector-focused and developing deep industry context Ability to own end-to-end sales accountability without dropping the ball after closure Strong relationship management, negotiation, and executive communication skills Commercially sharp, high on ownership, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup Preferred Qualifications Experience in AI, SaaS, analytics, enterprise software, or consulting-led sales Prior exposure to strategic accounts or named-account selling Comfort engaging CXOs, functional heads, and transformation leaders Familiarity with CRM tools and account planning discipline Experience working closely with delivery or post-sales teams to ensure client success
