About the Role Location: Chennai Duration: Full-time Department: Training & Development Key Responsibilities Conduct hands-on practical training sessions to reinforce student’s technical skills. Actively engage in personal and professional development activities to keep students aligned with industry trends. Monitor and maintain data on student progress, including attendance, assessment scores, and assignment performance. Assist students in obtaining certifications in high-demand technologies. Corporate-style training environment. Assist students in securing internships while offering continuous guidance and encouragement. Nudged learning focused on achieving periodic learning targets and outcome. Requirements PG qualifications with the mentioned specialization along with UGC NET or SET qualification, or a completed PhD. Prior training or teaching experience is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Passionate about teaching and mentoring students. Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills. Immediate joiners are preferred. Location & Work Mode Onsite role in Chennai.
