About the Role Extraweave is seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead design strategy, brand storytelling, and product innovation. This pivotal role will shape Extraweave’s creative identity across global markets, ensuring our collections align with business goals and resonate with international buyers. Key Responsibilities Define and drive Extraweave’s design vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and “Mission 120 Crore.” Lead the development of new collections, weaving technologies, and design concepts that anticipate global trends. Elevate Extraweave’s brand presence through compelling narratives, visual identity, and creative campaigns. Partner with cross-functional teams (production, sales, marketing, operations) to translate creative concepts into market-ready products. Track global design trends, buyer preferences, and competitor strategies to position Extraweave as a design leader. Build and inspire a high-performing creative team, fostering innovation, ownership, and empathy. Curate impactful presentations for international exhibitions, buyer meetings, and collaborations. Requirements Proven experience (10+ years) in creative leadership within flooring, textiles, fashion, interiors, or lifestyle industries. Strong portfolio showcasing innovative product design and brand storytelling. Expertise in weaving technologies, materials, and sustainable design practices. Global outlook with sensitivity to diverse cultural aesthetics. Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
