About the Role As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for researching, conceptualizing, and developing new financial and advisory products aligned with client needs and market trends. Your role will involve identifying opportunities across various financial sectors, continuously monitoring market developments, and managing the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancements. Key Responsibilities Research, conceptualise, and develop new financial and advisory products aligned with client needs and market trends. Identify opportunities across retirement planning, pension products, government-backed schemes, investment products, insurance-linked solutions, and wealth creation offerings. Continuously monitor developments in capital markets, regulatory frameworks, government policies, and industry trends. Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancements. Identify gaps in the market and create differentiated solutions that address the evolving financial wellness and retirement planning needs of individuals and organizations. Analyse large volumes of customer, financial, and market data to identify trends, patterns, and product opportunities. Requirements Education: MBA in Finance, CFA, CA, or equivalent qualification preferred. Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field. Understanding of Data Science, Machine Learning fundamentals, and Big Data Analytics. Soft Skills: Strong communication and analytical abilities. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory frameworks. Preferred Qualifications Experience in product management within the financial services industry. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
