About the Role As Assistant / Deputy Manager Pre-Sales, Sales & Service support engineer, you will be actively involved in pre-sales activities like demonstration, training, commissioning, installation, calibration, and AMC support to customers for the products supplied by the company. Key Responsibilities Engage in pre-sales activities including demonstration, training, commissioning, installation, calibration, and AMC support to customers. Provide technical support for products supplied by the company. Travel all over India for sales and support activities. Requirements BE in Electronics / Telecommunications / Electronics & Telecom / Electrical Engineering. Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support. Extensive knowledge about Fiber Optics technology, mainly in the field of test instruments, components, and machines. Good knowledge about modern day embedded computer systems and software including O/s and applications. Preferred Qualifications Higher experience for the post of Dy. Manager / Manager. Location & Work Mode Location of posting: Bangalore. Traveling will be required all over India for sales and support activities.
