About the Company Dome Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is a leading Indian event management and experiential marketing company. About the Role Dome Entertainment is seeking an experienced Production Designer to transform event concepts into technically feasible, visually compelling execution plans. The role requires an exact balance of AutoCAD-based event planning (50%) and Creative Design & Visualization (50%). Key Responsibilities AutoCAD & Event Layout Planning (50%) Create detailed event, venue, seating, exhibition, and stage layouts using AutoCAD. Develop production-ready fabrication drawings and technical design documentation. Conduct precise venue mapping, space planning, and interpret site measurements and structural requirements. Modify layouts based on site recce reports and provide technical drawing support to on-ground execution teams. Coordinate directly with production teams, fabricators, and project managers to ensure design feasibility. Creative Design & Visualization (50%) Develop creative concepts, presentation decks, and mood boards based on client briefs. Design event branding elements including stage backdrops, entry arches, signages, kiosks, and standees. Create marketing assets such as social media creatives, campaign posters, and brochures. Ensure consistency across all deliverables by applying strong design principles (typography, color theory, visual hierarchy). Collaboration & Innovation Work closely with Creative Directors, Client Servicing, and Production teams to brainstorm and execute concepts. Manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously while incorporating stakeholder feedback. Continuously research emerging event trends, innovative materials, and modern fabrication techniques. Requirements Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Applied Arts, Graphic Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Experience: 4 to 10 years as a Production, CAD, Exhibition, or 2D Designer. Industry Background: Prior experience in Event Management, Experiential Agencies, Production Houses, or Exhibition Design Firms is mandatory. Technical Tools: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D). Creative Tools: Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Figma. (Adobe InDesign is preferred).
