About the Role We're looking for someone who enjoys solving one of the most important questions in business: How do you consistently help the right people discover a remarkable company? This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys thinking strategically, experimenting relentlessly, and building systems that create long-term growth. You will work directly with the founders and have the autonomy to shape how Defyn grows. Key Responsibilities: Design and improve the entire customer journey—from attracting the right audience to increasing conversions. Build scalable systems that continuously strengthen our growth engine. Explore, test, and scale new acquisition channels—from communities and partnerships to referrals, content, and emerging platforms. Use AI to research faster, uncover insights, automate workflows, generate ideas, and build better systems. Develop strategies that increase Defyn's visibility across AI-powered search and recommendation platforms. Create thoughtful mechanisms that educate, engage, and build trust with every lead through content, CRM journeys, founder communication, and follow-up systems. Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in growth, strategy, marketing, consulting, or business development. Think in systems, not campaigns. Naturally curious and enjoy solving complex growth problems. Use AI to accelerate execution and improve decision-making. Move quickly, take ownership, and thrive in high-performance environments. Consultative Sales, Lead Nurturing, Growth Strategy, Growth Analytics, AI Utilization, and Growth Experiments skills are mandatory. Ideal candidate should have a smart, problem-solving mindset, be open to working in market creation, and be impact driven.
