About the Role The role of Associate Relationship Management (Pvt Wealth) involves acquiring, growing, and deepening relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNI), both non-resident and resident. The focus is on analyzing and satisfying the financial and investment needs and objectives of these clients. Key Responsibilities Acquiring, growing, and deepening HNI/UHNI and non-resident and resident individual banking customer relationships through effective relationship management. Focusing on the analysis and satisfaction of non-resident and resident individual HNI/UHNI customers' financial and investment needs and objectives. Increasing share of wallet and revenues via Mutual Fund, AIF, PMS, and other wealth and banking products. Providing professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention. Managing key performance indicators at the highest level. Requirements Relevant certification. Post Graduate qualification. Knowledge of capital markets. Prior experience in handling high net worth clients. Location & Work Mode Work location: Indore.
