Facade Project Head

About the Role The Facade Project Head is responsible for the successful execution and completion of facade projects from project award to final handover. This role ensures projects are delivered within the approved time, cost, quality, and contractual requirements. The Facade Project Head leads coordination between various teams including Client, Consultant, Architect, Project Team, Design/Engineering, Procurement, Factory, Site, QA/QC, Safety, Commercial, and Finance. Key Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for the successful execution and completion of facade projects. Ensure projects are delivered within approved time, cost, quality, and contractual requirements. Lead coordination between various teams. Ensure timely availability of approved drawings, materials, production, and site resources. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure successful project closure. Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in facade project management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. In-depth knowledge of facade design, engineering, procurement, production, and installation. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in Engineering or related field. Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.). Experience with international facade projects.
