This role is within the family office, a private team managing the promoter's capital, directly linked to the principal. About the Role This role, part of a small decision-making desk, involves creating a new system from scratch. Current tasks are manual, including financials, filings, and transcripts, without a traceable answer system. The role entails designing, building, and maintaining a new system, including post-launch support. Key Responsibilities Design, build, ship, and maintain a full software system. Create a clean database for companies, documents, and notes, with standard financials. Summarize annual reports, results, presentations, transcripts, exchange disclosures, and sector/pricing material. Develop a query interface for plain-language questions answered from the internal database. Implement individual logins, role-based access, and an admin function for access and data fixes. Develop a modular architecture with trackable usage costs and a monthly ceiling. Enforce data definitions, surface conflicts, validate at ingestion, and mark AI output visibly. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in production, owning a system end to end without a platform team. Strong Python and SQL skills, relational data modelling, APIs, ingestion pipelines, document parsing and extraction, and practical LLM tooling inside a real product. Enough front-end skills for a usable UI. Finance background is strongly preferred, with an MBA/PGDM Finance or CFA being an advantage. Meticulous attention to detail with numbers, instinctive discretion, and fluency in English and Hindi. Hands-on experience building systems from scratch is mandatory. Experience working with unstructured documents and extracting structured information is important. AI/automation capabilities are valued. Educational backgrounds such as MBA/PGDM Finance or CFA are considered. CTC flexibility with a proposed ₹16–18 LPA. Targeting specific companies for sourcing. Preferred working days, timings, and office location in New Delhi, 5 days in person, 1 day WFH. Joining timeline targeting immediate to 45 days. About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced and dependable Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director (MD). The ideal candidate will be mature, discreet, and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks, coordinate high-level meetings, and act as a gatekeeper while maintaining absolute confidentiality.
