This is where hiring happens in the open. Post what you are building, ask the question you would otherwise ask in a DM, and share the role you are trying to fill. Three things worth doing first: add a photo and a headline so people know who they are reading, follow a few people whose work you want to see, and post once. A profile with a post on it gets read; an empty one gets scrolled past.
