Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our remote product design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric interfaces that enhance user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

This role requires a blend of creativity, design thinking, and user empathy to craft seamless digital journeys from concept to final design.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user requirements and design goals.

Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interactive mockups using design tools.

Design user interfaces that are visually consistent and aligned with brand identity.

Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.

Iterate designs based on feedback and user behavior data.

Ensure responsive and accessible designs across various devices.

Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

0–3 years of experience in UI/UX design or product design.

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.

Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design projects.

Understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Knowledge of prototyping, usability testing, and user journey mapping.

Ability to translate business and user needs into functional, aesthetic designs.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end frameworks.

Exposure to Design Thinking and Agile methodologies.

Familiarity with analytics tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics./
