Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to develop, manage, and execute end-to-end SEO strategies that drive organic growth and improve search visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve SERP rankings.
• Conduct detailed keyword research using tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
• Manage all on-page SEO elements, including meta titles/descriptions, URL structure, internal linking, image optimization, and schema markup.
• Plan and execute off-page SEO campaigns—link building, guest posting, and digital PR outreach.
• Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to resolve issues related to indexing, site speed, crawl errors, and overall website health.
• Analyze competitors to identify ranking gaps and new growth opportunities.
• Track, measure, and report SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics platforms.
• Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital assets.
• Stay updated with algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging SEO tools—applying insights proactively to ongoing projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of proven SEO experience, preferably within a digital agency.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO KPIs.
• Proficiency in major SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Local SEO, Google My Business, and basic Google Ads setup.
• Understanding of content marketing, copywriting principles, and basic web design.
• Familiarity with SEO automation tools, AI-assisted SEO platforms, and data visualization tools.
