Overview: Laxcon Steel Limited, a leader in steel manufacturing, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our Seamless Pipe Plant in Ahmedabad. This role is crucial for driving sales growth, expanding our market presence, and nurturing key client relationships within the seamless pipe sector. You will lead sales initiatives, develop strategies, and contribute significantly to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve seamless pipe sales targets.
  • Identify and acquire new clients, expanding market reach and customer base.
  • Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Lead and coordinate the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring profitability and favorable terms.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Understand commercial aspects, pricing, and contractual agreements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10-20 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in seamless pipes or steel industry.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition, market development, and key account handling.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and understanding of pricing strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
