Job Description

Overview: Yantralive Parts Tech. Pvt Ltd is a technology-led platform revolutionizing the heavy equipment parts industry. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Belgaum. In this role, you will be the face of the company, driving revenue growth by connecting with customers in the construction and infrastructure sectors and providing them with high-quality spare parts solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through active field sales and market mapping.
  • Manage sales of construction equipment spare parts, specifically focusing on rock breakers and hydraulics.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to address client needs.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including timely payment collection and documentation.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide feedback for business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 1 to 6 years of experience in field sales, preferably in heavy machinery or spare parts.
  • Proven expertise in negotiation and customer relationship management.
  • Strong knowledge of rock breakers, hydraulics, and construction equipment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and sales tracking.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the Belgaum region.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
