About Vidhaatri Technologies. RESPONSIBILITY/ DELIVERABLE

Troubleshoot, Test and analyse complex issues to ensure uninterruptible performance of the equipment / solution. Make recommendations regarding upgrades, benefits of preventative maintenance, AMCs followed by Spare parts promotion. Scheduling the warranty and post warranty requirements. Assist with clients over distance calls to build confidence in customer support. Awareness on how to prepare or Preparation of Spares Quote, Service Quotes and AMCs., even though the department is assisted by a service co-ordinator. Strategies to plan and Generating revenue from existing client base on Win Win philosophy

ACADAMIC

ITI or Diploma or Graduate or Certified Technicians preferred in the area of Mechanical engineering or Electrical Engineering with Mechanical equipment awareness.

AREA OF EXPERIENCE Work

Experience in Material Handling Equipment driven by Hydraulic system followed by electrical control panels, preferably in the area of Pallet trucks, Electric Stackers, Forklift trucks, Dock leveller, Conveyors etc. Exposure to industrial automation is an added advantage. Awareness to Hydraulics & Electricals is priority selection criteria/ Mandatory. Awareness to HMI and PLC is an added advantage. Min. of one year experience preferred for entry level AND more than 3 to 4 years’ experience will be positioned appropriately for senior positions in the organization.
