We are looking for a HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations for our Mangalore office. This role requires someone hands-on, organized, and capable of handling multiple HR functions independently. Key Responsibilities include managing HR Operations, handling Talent Acquisition from sourcing to onboarding, overseeing Payroll processing and compliance, and maintaining employee records. Requirements: 3-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, strong experience in HR Ops, TA, and Payroll, and fluency in Malayalam.
