GoodSpace AI is an AI-powered hiring platform helping companies hire faster with pre-screened, AI-interviewed candidates. As we grow, we’re expanding our internal HR team to support hiring, employee engagement, and smooth HR operations.

Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Executive who can support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. You will work closely with leadership and various teams to ensure smooth people processes and a strong work culture.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Source and screen candidates for internal roles using various platforms
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate end-to-end hiring workflows
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and update hiring trackers
  • Assist with offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding

HR Operations & Admin

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
  • Support payroll inputs, leave management, and compliance tasks
  • Prepare HR reports and assist in policy implementation

Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute engagement activities, events, and communication
  • Conduct new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Support employee queries and help maintain a positive culture

Performance & Culture

  • Assist in the performance management process
  • Coordinate with managers for reviews and development activities
  • Help strengthen HR processes and contribute to culture initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

  • 0–3 years of experience as an HR Executive / HR Generalist
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR tools
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Startup or fast-paced environment experience is a plus

Nice-to-Have

  • Familiarity with HRMS or ATS platforms
  • Experience in handling onboarding independently
  • Ability to manage employee engagement activities creatively
