Job Description: As a Ecommerce Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of Ecommerce/ Shopify projects for our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from initial client meetings to final delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and experienced in managing e-commerce development projects, particularly within the Shopify platform. Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and delivery of Ecommerce / Shopify stores and related e-commerce solutions. Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded. Team Collaboration: Work closely with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure projects are aligned with client goals and timelines. Timeline & Budget Management: Create detailed project plans with clear milestones, manage resources, and ensure all projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget. Quality Control: Ensure the final product meets high-quality standards, performing QA reviews and ensuring that all functionality is thoroughly tested. Problem Solving: Proactively identify project challenges and risks, providing effective solutions to keep projects on track. Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices for future projects. Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in a digital agency, preferably in the e-commerce or Shopify space. Strong understanding of Shopify’s platform, themes, apps, and integrations. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client needs. Solid understanding of web development, design principles, and user experience (UX). A technical background is a plus but not required. Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing). Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. A passion for e-commerce and keeping up to date with the latest trends in Shopify and the digital space. Bonus:
