Job Description:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience (2-4 years) in business development, sales, or account management.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies, CRM tools, and market research techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in [specific industry, e.g., IT, Healthcare, Finance, etc.] is a plus.
