About the Role
Maximalist is a performance marketing agency specializing in content marketing for lawyers and law firms. We are looking for a Business Development Assistant Manager who can acquire, manage, and grow legal clients across Indian and international markets.
This role is ideal for someone who is consultative, target-driven, and confident in engaging with senior professionals, especially within the legal fraternity.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, engage, and acquire lawyers and law firms across domestic and international markets
- Conduct consultative calls and meetings to understand client marketing needs
- Pitch customized content marketing and growth solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle: Outreach → Demo → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers
- Coordinate with internal marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
Requirements
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to clearly explain ROI, lead funnels, and client intake systems
- Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach
- Comfortable working with clients across different markets and time zones
