You will play a pivotal role in supporting management, driving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage and develop relationships with Real Estate Channel Partners.
- Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Conduct market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in community building initiatives and events.
- Contribute to process development and optimization.
- Manage CRM systems for lead tracking and customer engagement.
- Handle negotiations with clients and partners.
- Oversee team performance and provide guidance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2-6 years of experience, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills; Kannada is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM Systems.
- Demonstrated ability in market intelligence and process development.
- Proven experience in community building and channel partner management.
