Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-6 years of experience, preferably in real estate or a related field.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills; Kannada is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM Systems.
• Demonstrated ability in market intelligence and process development.
• Proven experience in community building and channel partner management.
