Job Summary: We are seeking a performance-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our Marketing team in Noida Sector 18. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-backed ad strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions for both eCommerce and service-based businesses.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective Google Ads campaigns across various formats like Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube. • Identify relevant keywords, analyze search volume, and assess competition to target the right audience. • Create compelling ad copy and landing pages to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates. • Track campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations. • Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to identify what works best. • Keep abreast of the latest Google Ads features, best practices, and industry trends. • Work with other teams (e.g., creative, web development) to ensure cohesive messaging and optimal user experience.

Requirements: • At least 1 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns for both eCommerce and service-based businesses. • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and conversion tracking setup. • Proficient in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio for performance monitoring and reporting. • Demonstrated ability to achieve measurable results and effectively scale digital ad campaigns. • Strong communication skills and a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments. • Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
