Role Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and delivering a positive customer experience across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer interactions through calls, emails, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

Provide accurate and complete information about products and services.

Resolve issues effectively and ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups.

Maintain and update customer records using CRM systems.

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and technical support) to resolve escalations.

Identify areas for process improvement to enhance service delivery.

Achieve defined service metrics including response time and quality benchmarks.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in customer support, client servicing, or related roles.

Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written.

Strong problem-solving, listening, and interpersonal abilities.

Comfortable using CRM or support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or HubSpot.

Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a remote setup.
Good to Have

Experience in B2B or SaaS support environments.

Familiarity with ticketing and live chat tools.

Exposure to handling international customer interactions.
