Role Overview:
We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our remote team. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, pitching our AI-driven hiring solution to founders and CXOs, and converting them into active clients.
This is a high-impact role where your efforts directly shape the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to founders, CXOs, and hiring managers of growing companies.

Pitch GoodSpace AI’s hiring solution and convert warm & cold leads into active clients.

Understand client hiring needs and recommend the right solution.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Collaborate with the delivery/recruitment team to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Meet weekly and monthly lead-generation & sales targets.

Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
