Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to support and learn end-to-end on-ground sales coordination, CRM operations, reporting, and performance tracking.
This role is ideal for graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a structured career in sales operations, coordination, and management. The candidate will work closely with the Sales team, CRM team, Regional Development Managers (RDMs), and senior management, with hands-on exposure and structured training across core sales functions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Site Coordination
- Coordinate with on-site sales executives and marketing teams
- Support planning and execution of site visits and sales activities
- Assist in aligning and guiding site sales staff
- Ensure accurate recording of sales activities and site visits
CRM & Lead Management
- Learn and manage lead follow-ups using Zoho CRM
- Ensure timely contact with all incoming leads
- Update lead status, activities, and follow-ups daily
- Track conversions, orders, and closures in the CRM
- Maintain accurate Minutes of Meetings (MoMs)
Reporting & Performance Tracking

Prepare and share daily reports:
- Start of Day (SOD)
- Mid of Day (MOD)
- End of Day (EOD)

Assist in weekly and monthly performance reports

Support internal performance reviews during sales cycles

Share MoMs after key meetings and review calls
Meetings & Team Alignment
- Participate in daily scrum meetings (morning & evening)
- Share updates, action items, and follow-ups with teams
- Coordinate with RDM and CRM teams for issue resolution
- Support discussions focused on closures and conversions
What You Will Learn

- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM tools)
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or pursuing graduation (any stream)
- Female candidates preferred
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience
- Comfortable with on-site work in Shalimar Bagh, Delhi
- Willing to work six days a week
- Strong interest in sales, coordination, and management roles.
