Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to support and learn end-to-end on-ground sales coordination, CRM operations, reporting, and performance tracking.

This role is ideal for graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a structured career in sales operations, coordination, and management. The candidate will work closely with the Sales team, CRM team, Regional Development Managers (RDMs), and senior management, with hands-on exposure and structured training across core sales functions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Site Coordination

  • Coordinate with on-site sales executives and marketing teams
  • Support planning and execution of site visits and sales activities
  • Assist in aligning and guiding site sales staff
  • Ensure accurate recording of sales activities and site visits

CRM & Lead Management

  • Learn and manage lead follow-ups using Zoho CRM
  • Ensure timely contact with all incoming leads
  • Update lead status, activities, and follow-ups daily
  • Track conversions, orders, and closures in the CRM
  • Maintain accurate Minutes of Meetings (MoMs)

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Prepare and share daily reports:

    • Start of Day (SOD)
    • Mid of Day (MOD)
    • End of Day (EOD)
  • Assist in weekly and monthly performance reports

  • Support internal performance reviews during sales cycles

  • Share MoMs after key meetings and review calls

Meetings & Team Alignment

  • Participate in daily scrum meetings (morning & evening)
  • Share updates, action items, and follow-ups with teams
  • Coordinate with RDM and CRM teams for issue resolution
  • Support discussions focused on closures and conversions

What You Will Learn

Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM tools)
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate or pursuing graduation (any stream)
  • Female candidates preferred
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience
  • Comfortable with on-site work in Shalimar Bagh, Delhi
  • Willing to work six days a week
  • Strong interest in sales, coordination, and management roles.
