Job Title: Python Developer Intern (Freshers)

Location: Bangalore

Internship Duration: 3 Months

Internship Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

Employment Type: Internship (with Full-Time Conversion Opportunity)

About the Role

• We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Python Developer Interns (Freshers) who are eager to build a strong foundation in software development.
• Selected candidates will undergo a 3-month structured internship program where they will work on real-time projects, gain hands-on experience, and enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates who successfully clear three levels of interviews will be onboarded as interns.
• Upon successful completion of the internship and final assessment, high-performing interns will be converted to Full-Time Employees (FTEs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code
• Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining Python-based applications
• Work closely with senior developers and project teams
• Debug issues and help improve application performance
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions
• Learn and implement best coding practices and standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of Python programming
• Understanding of core concepts such as variables, loops, functions, OOPs
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL) is a plus
• Basic knowledge of frameworks like Django or Flask is an advantage
• Good problem-solving and logical thinking skills
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers / Recent graduates in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
• Candidates who clear all 3 rounds of interviews
• Available for a full-time 3-month internship

Internship & Conversion Details

• Internship Duration: 3 Months
• Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
• Assessment: At the end of the internship
• Conversion: Successful interns will be offered Full-Time Employment (FTE) based on performance and assessment results
