Role: Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master

Location: Bengaluru (On-site, Full-time)

Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams

in delivering high-quality software and platform solutions. This role requires strong

expertise in Agile methodologies, hands-on technical project management, and the ability to

collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

 Manage and oversee project plans, timelines, and deliverables for software and

platform initiatives.

 Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) and

ensure adherence to Agile practices.

 Coordinate across engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams to remove

impediments and optimize team productivity.

 Monitor project performance using appropriate tools, metrics, and reporting

frameworks.

 Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring transparency and alignment

with stakeholders.

 Liaise with business and technical stakeholders to align priorities and ensure

successful delivery.

Requirements:

 Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master in SaaS /

Platform development environments.

 Strong understanding of software/application development, preferably with Java

stack.

 Hands-on familiarity with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, IAM, and DevOps practices.

 Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management best

practices.

 Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.

 Proven Team Leadership skills

 Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and facilitate Scrum ceremonies

 Experience in Agile methodologies and practices

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a

related field

 PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus
