Job Description

Overview: Nowvia is seeking a talented and experienced ITSM Developer to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role is crucial for designing, developing, and implementing innovative ITSM solutions, primarily on the ServiceNow platform, to enhance our operational efficiency and service delivery. You will work within a collaborative environment, contributing to projects that directly impact our business and client success.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including service catalog, incident, problem, and change management modules.
  • Create and maintain Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Business Rules.
  • Develop and manage integrations using REST and SOAP, including IntegrationHubs.
  • Utilize Workflow Editor and Flow Designer for process automation.
  • Contribute to HRSD and ITOM module development and support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience as an ITSM Developer, with significant hands-on ServiceNow experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting and development best practices.
  • Experience with CSA, CSM, and CAD.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes.
  • ServiceNow Certification (CSA, CIS-ITSM preferred).
