Responsibilities:

• Assist in talent acquisition processes, including sourcing and screening candidates
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities using ATS platforms
• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and programs
• Manage HR operations tasks and maintain accurate HR records
• Utilize MS Excel and Google Sheets for data management and reporting
• Assist with HRMS and other HR tools to streamline processes
• Contribute to a positive and productive workplace culture

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Fresher with a keen interest in HR
• Strong understanding of Employee Engagement and Talent Acquisition principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Familiarity with HRMS, HR Tools, and ATS Platforms is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
