Finance Manager

Overview: We are looking for a highly capable and detail-oriented professional to manage the end-to-end accounting, operations, and compliance functions for Blume’s Venture Fund. (https://blume.vc/)

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting, compliance, and operations of Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs). 

• Oversee banking operations and coordinate with fund accountants, trustees, custodians, and legal, tax & compliance partners.

• Prepare and present MIS reports covering fees, expenses, and sponsor workings.

• Handle audits, valuations, and periodic investor reporting. 

• Execute fund distributions, including exit payouts, waterfall, and carry workings. 

• Ensure tax and regulatory compliance (TDS, advance tax, portfolio exits, assessments). 

• Maintain adherence to PPM on accounting, tax, and reporting aspects. 

• Support investor relations on accounting, tax, and regulatory queries. 

• Prepare IRR, NAV, and SEBI benchmarking data; assess impact of new circulars or regulations.
