Job Description:

NextGen Broadband Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Field Sales Executives to drive door-to-door sales of our broadband services. The ideal candidate should have strong convincing skills, a go-getter attitude, and the ability to close sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct door-to-door sales and promote NextGen Broadband services to potential customers. • Generate new leads and follow up with interested customers. • Explain broadband plans, pricing, and benefits to customers clearly and convincingly. • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure referrals and repeat business. • Gather customer feedback and market insights to improve sales strategies. • Coordinate with the sales team and report daily progress.

Requirements: • Experience in sales, preferably in broadband, telecom, or D2D sales. • Excellent communication and persuasion skills. • Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment. • Basic knowledge of broadband and internet services (training will be provided). • Must have a two-wheeler for field visits.
