Wikka Fragrance Solutions is a premium brand in essential oils and natural aromatherapy, serving leading B2B clients across Corporate Workspaces, Co-Working Spaces, Hyper-Retail, Healthcare, and Hospitality. The brand holds global certifications such as IFRA, REACH, and ESG compliance, with presence across 30 cities in India.

Territories (Zones)

Each Field Sales Representative will be assigned one zone:

  • Zone 1: Gurgaon, Manesar & South Delhi (GK-I, GK-II, Saket, Vasant Kunj, Vasant Vihar, Qutub Institutional Area)

  • Zone 2: Noida, Greater Noida, Noida Expressway & East Delhi (Mayur Vihar)

  • Zone 3: South Delhi (Nehru Place, Jasola, Mohan Co-operative), Faridabad & Ballabgarh

Role Objective

The Field Sales Representative will represent Wikka’s products in the assigned territory through field visits, cold calls, and on-ground prospecting. The role focuses on lead generation, POC database creation, and gathering market and competition intelligence to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Conduct field visits and cold calls across commercial buildings, corporate/IT parks, offices, co-working spaces, malls, hospitals, hotels, restaurants, and salons

  • Identify and generate new business leads

  • Collect accurate contact details of decision-makers (POCs)

  • Set up meetings, demos, and discussions for the Sales/Leadership team

Market & Competition Mapping

  • Map commercial buildings and potential B2B clients within the assigned territory

  • Track competitor presence, offerings, and pricing insights

  • Share structured market and competitor intelligence

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain updated prospect and pipeline data

  • Record activities in CRM tools such as Field Sense

  • Submit daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports

Process & Collaboration

  • Follow defined sales and lead-generation processes

  • Suggest improvements to field sales strategies

  • Work closely with internal teams to support conversions

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

  1. Lead Generation: Qualified leads, data accuracy, territory coverage

  2. Pipeline Management: Quality opportunities and CRM updates

  3. Meetings & Conversion: Meetings scheduled and opportunity creation

  4. Market Intelligence: Actionable competitor and pricing insights

  5. Reporting & Discipline: Timely reports and process adherence

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 4+ years of field sales/on-ground prospecting experience

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Field Sense preferred)

  • Strong analytical, communication, and self-motivation skills

  • Experience in Fragrance, Wellness, Personal Care, or FMCG is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • CTC: Upto INR 6,00,000 per annum (Depends on Experience) + performance-based incentives
