Job Description

Job Title: Administrative Executive Assistant
Location: Delhi
Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Weekly off: Second and Fourth Saturday
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Executive Assistant to manage the front desk and support the daily administrative functions of our office. This role requires someone with strong organizational skills, proficient computer skills, and the ability to learn quickly. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with Microsoft Word and have a keen interest in AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and manage front-desk activities.
Staff Attendance
Courier Management: Track and log daily couriers received and sent, ensuring all are documented accurately.
Invoice Creation: Assist in generating invoices based on specific directions and requirements.
Administrative Support: Perform various office tasks including filing, document management, and data entry.
Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external contacts. Reach out to Legal Managers via LinkedIn for setting up appointments.
AI Learning: Be open to learning and working with AI technologies to improve efficiency and office processes.
Skills & Qualifications :

Educational Requirement: At least a graduate (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and comfortable using computers for daily tasks.
AI Interest: Eagerness to learn and work with AI tools and software.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy in all aspects of administrative duties.
Experience: Previous experience in administrative roles is an advantage.
