As we scale, we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients get maximum value, close roles faster, and stay delighted with the platform.

Role Overview

We’re seeking an energetic, client-focused Customer Success Manager who can manage onboarding, ensure client adoption, solve problems proactively, and build long-term customer relationships. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they achieve hiring success through GoodSpace AI.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client onboarding, set up workflows, and ensure smooth adoption of the GoodSpace AI platform.

Build strong relationships with HR teams, founders, and hiring managers.

Understand clients’ hiring needs and help them close roles faster using our AI tools.

Track client activity, monitor performance, and ensure seamless experience throughout hiring cycles.

Proactively identify challenges, recommend solutions, and escalate issues when needed.

Manage renewals, upsell opportunities, and overall account growth.

Communicate client feedback to product and tech teams to improve the platform.

Maintain high responsiveness through WhatsApp, email, and call support.

Generate reports on client usage, hiring progress, and success metrics.

Required Skills & Experience

1–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or HR Tech roles (preferred).

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle client queries proactively.

Comfortable working with HR teams and understanding hiring workflows.

Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience with CRM tools, dashboards, or analytics is a plus.

Fast-paced startup experience is an advantage.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Background in recruitment, HR tech, SaaS, or talent acquisition.

Ability to understand product features and explain them clearly to clients.

Data-driven mindset—comfortable reading dashboards/reports.
