  • Assist users with basic troubleshooting for technical products or services.
  • Operate basic office equipment like printers, scanners, and copiers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a chat-based role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in data entry and email management.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Live Chat Software (e.g., Intercom, Olark).
  • Good typing speed (WPM).
  • Ability to manage multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
