Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional support to users via live chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
- Manage and respond to emails, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Utilize knowledge base articles to provide accurate and consistent information.
- Assist users with basic troubleshooting for technical products or services.
- Operate basic office equipment like printers, scanners, and copiers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a chat-based role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data entry and email management.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Live Chat Software (e.g., Intercom, Olark).
- Good typing speed (WPM).
- Ability to manage multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
