Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Center Head / Center Manager from the education industry to manage end-to-end administration, operations, training, and placement of the center. The role requires strong leadership skills to ensure smooth center functioning, student satisfaction, and achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete administration and day-to-day operations of the center.

• Ensure high-quality training delivery and effective student placement outcomes.

• Manage faculty performance, student discipline, and overall center productivity.

• Drive student enrollments, fee collections, and timely certifications.

• Maintain compliance with company policies, academic standards, and operational processes.

• Coordinate with placement partners and ensure successful student career outcomes.

• Monitor center performance, MIS reporting, and target achievement.

• Handle parent and student escalations professionally.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• 10–15 years of experience in the education/training industry.

• Proven experience in center administration, operations, training, and placements.

• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage revenue targets, collections, and operational KPIs.
