About the Role

We're seeking a strategic business development professional to drive enterprise adoption of our AI-

powered SEO optimization platform. You'll work with marketing leaders and technical stakeholders

to demonstrate quantifiable ROI through data-driven keyword portfolio optimization. This is a

results-driven role with immediate conversion targets from day one.

Academic Requirements

We value candidates who combine technical aptitude with business acumen:

1. Graduation in any discipline (Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related fields

preferred)

2. MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Strategy is preferred but not mandatory

3. Candidates with strong hands-on experience in SaaS, MarTech, SEO, or Digital Marketing

sales will be prioritized over formal qualifications

4. Relevant certifications are a plus:

 SEO / Digital Marketing certifications

 Google Ads / Analytics certifications

 MarTech or SaaS sales certifications

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

• Drive sales for RankQ across SMEs, startups, agencies, and mid-market clients

• Own the complete sales cycle: discovery → demo → negotiation → closure

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets

2. Product Demonstration & Consulting

• Conduct high-impact product demos highlighting:

o Keyword intelligence

o Competitor analysis

o One-click SEO workflows

o Cost savings vs multiple tools

• Translate technical features into clear business outcomes

3. Stakeholder Engagement

• Engage with Founders, CMOs, Marketing Heads, Agency Owners

• Build trust by advising on SEO strategy, performance gaps, and growth opportunities

4. Pipeline & CRM Management

• Maintain accurate sales pipeline in CRM

• Forecast revenue and manage follow-ups effectively

5. Market & Feedback Intelligence

• Track competitor tools and pricing

• Share customer feedback to refine product positioning and sales messaging

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of B2B SaaS / MarTech / Digital Marketing sales experience

• Proficient in English

• Strong understanding of:

o SEO fundamentals

o Paid vs organic keyword strategy

o ROI-driven marketing decisions

• Proven record of closing deals in short-to-mid sales cycles

• Excellent demo, negotiation, and objection-handling skills

• Experience selling to Founders, Agencies, or Marketing Leaders
