Overview: House Of Biryan, a rapidly growing food chain, is seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to optimize our supply operations. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless procurement and distribution, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to our continued success in Mumbai, Byculla.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, from procurement to delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships and conduct effective vendor negotiations.
• Implement robust wastage, pilferage, and food cost control measures.
• Conduct demand forecasting to optimize inventory levels.
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards.
• Manage perishable inventory efficiently to minimize spoilage.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies for timely deliveries.
• Utilize Ms Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 1-3 years of proven experience in supply chain or operations management, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Strong proficiency in Ms Excel.
• Demonstrated skills in vendor management, procurement, and logistics.
• Expertise in demand forecasting and inventory control, especially for perishables.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
