Core Skills:

Supply Chain & Logistics Management: Proven knowledge in managing agriculture produce supply chains, including storage, inventory control, and logistics.

Procurement & Vendor Management: Hands-on experience working with farmers, FPOs (Farmer Producer Organizations), and local suppliers, particularly within Bihar.

Quality Control: Strong understanding of food safety protocols, as well as sorting and packaging standards for agriculture commodities.

Coordination & Planning: Ability to effectively coordinate with warehouse teams, transporters, and buyers to ensure timely movement and delivery of goods.

Data Management: Proficiency in using ERP systems or Excel for stock tracking, purchase order management, and reporting.

Preferred Experience:

5–7 years of experience in agriculture or FMCG supply chain management.

Familiarity with Bihar’s geography is highly desirable.

Knowledge of local Makhana-producing clusters is preferable.
