This role is crucial for ensuring efficient procurement, logistics, and inventory management to uphold our quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement and logistics.
• Conduct vendor negotiations to secure favorable terms and maintain strong relationships.
• Implement and manage inventory control systems, focusing on perishable goods.
• Oversee demand forecasting to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards across the supply chain.
• Analyze food costs and implement strategies for effective cost control.
• Utilize MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and operational planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong skills in Operations Management, Vendor Management, and Procurement.
• Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of demand forecasting and perishable inventory management.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Based in or willing to commute to Mumbai, Byculla.
