Job Description – Project Manager (Solar)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the
execution of solar projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning,
coordination, and successful delivery of projects within timelines and quality
standards.
Key Responsibilities:
 Manage end-to-end execution of solar projects from planning to
commissioning
 Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
 Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
 Handle site activities, manpower planning, and reporting
 Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety norms
 Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project progress
 Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
Eligibility Criteria:
 2–5 years of experience in solar project execution/management
 Must have experience handling projects ranging from 5 MW to 30 MW
capacity
 Strong understanding of EPC processes and site execution
 Willingness for frequent site visits / on-site deployment
 Good communication and team coordination skills
 Experience in government projects will be an added advantage
 Preferred Skills:
 Knowledge of solar systems, project scheduling, and reporting tools
 Problem-solving and leadership abilities
 Ability to work in challenging site conditions
