Job Description
Overview: House Of Biryan, a vibrant culinary establishment, seeks a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless operations and effective communication within our dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:

Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel plans efficiently.

Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.

Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, emails, reports, presentations, and confidential documents.

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.

Handle travel arrangements including flight bookings, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.

Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and business matters.

Assist in decision-making by providing relevant data, reports, and background information.

Liaise with departments to track progress on assigned tasks and priorities of the Director.

Manage files, records, and documentation (physical and digital) in an organized manner.

Support the Director in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.

Screen calls, manage visitors, and prioritize communication on behalf of the Director.

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and partners as instructed by the Director.

Ensure compliance with company policies and professional standards at all times.

Assist in special projects, events, and strategic initiatives as assigned.

Handle urgent matters proactively and ensure smooth workflow for the Director
Requirements:
- Master's degree required.
- 1-3 years of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Document Management Systems.
- Experience with Calendar Management Software.
- Excellent typing speed (WPM).
