Overview: Sanneet Computers Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Manager Accounts Fund Manager Entity to oversee financial operations. This role is crucial for maintaining financial integrity and supporting our growth in the technology sector. The ideal candidate will manage all accounting functions for our fund manager entity, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting for the fund manager entity.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
• Oversee payroll processing, TDS, PF, and other statutory compliances.
• Handle GST, income tax returns, and other taxation matters.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
• Develop and implement SOPs for finance processes.
• Manage debtors and creditors, ensuring timely collections and payments.
• Prepare budgetary forecasts and manage budgetary controls.
• Ensure compliance with GIFT IFSC/SEZ regulations.
• Assist in corporate finance activities and financial forecasting.
• Utilize advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably within a fund manager or financial services entity.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation (GST, Income Tax), and statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with MIS, financial statements, and audit management.
• Familiarity with GIFT IFSC/SEZ compliances is a significant advantage.
• Excellent analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence applications in finance is a plus.
