Nipun Net Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled L3 Network Engineer to join our dynamic technical team in Hyderabad. As a senior member of our networking division, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing complex network infrastructures for our diverse clientele. Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain advanced routing and switching architectures using Cisco IOS, BGP, and OSPF.
• Manage and troubleshoot complex network security environments including Cisco ASA and Fortinet/FortiGate firewalls.
• Oversee enterprise wireless LAN deployments and identity management systems like Cisco ISE and Aruba ClearPass.
• Implement and manage Software Defined Access (SDA) and network automation workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Administer core switching protocols including VLAN, STP, and VTP to ensure high availability and performance.
• Act as the final point of escalation for complex network outages and performance issues.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineering staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in high-level network engineering roles.
• Expert-level proficiency in Cisco Routing and Switching, BGP, and OSPF.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ISE, SDA, and Wireless LAN controllers.
• Deep knowledge of network security tools such as FortiGate and Cisco ASA.
• Strong understanding of network automation tools and scripting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage critical infrastructure under pressure.
