Job Description

Overview: Golfgreen Mansions pvt ltd, a leading Noida real estate firm, seeks a dynamic HR Head. This pivotal role drives our people strategy, fostering a thriving culture and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop & implement comprehensive HR strategies (Talent Acquisition, C&B, ER).
  • Oversee HRIS/HRMS, ATS, LMS, payroll and leverage HR data analytics.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and cultivate positive employee relations.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree. 5-15 years progressive HR experience.
  • Proficient in ATS, HRIS/HRMS, LMS, Comp & Benefits platforms, Payroll software.
  • Strong HR data analytics & reporting expertise.
