Responsibilities:
- Develop & implement comprehensive HR strategies (Talent Acquisition, C&B, ER).
- Oversee HRIS/HRMS, ATS, LMS, payroll and leverage HR data analytics.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and cultivate positive employee relations.
Requirements:
- Masters degree. 5-15 years progressive HR experience.
- Proficient in ATS, HRIS/HRMS, LMS, Comp & Benefits platforms, Payroll software.
- Strong HR data analytics & reporting expertise.
