We are a dynamic company seeking a dedicated professional to manage intricate accounting functions for our fund manager entity. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our financial integrity and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping and financial record maintenance.
• Prepare and analyze bank reconciliations, customer/vendor reconciliations.
• Handle GST, TDS, Provident Fund, and PT compliance.
• Process payroll and ensure accurate disbursement.
• Maintain the Fixed Assets Register.
• Prepare financial statements and management information reports (MIS).
• Ensure compliance with MSME regulations.
• Utilize Tally ERP 9, ZohoBooks, and MS Office Suite effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within a fund manager entity or similar financial services environment.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Tally ERP 9, and ZohoBooks.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, GST, TDS, PF, PT, and MSME compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
